Structure that produces decisions
Meeting facilitation and workshops provide structure that can take a group full of great ideas towards action.
That might be working with a procurement team to better understand and implement artificial intellgence in a secure and effective way. It might be facilitating roundtable discussions for membership organisations, or it might be leading a working group through new policy documentation.
These sessions are designed to deliver outcomes. For many of my clients, that’s a clear decision backed up by action points. For others, it’s ideas that can be turned into workable projects.
Everything I do is designed to encourage participation, even from the quieter voices in the room. Following these sessions, I deliver a written report of every outcome with clear next steps for decision-makers.

Digital content training day
A full-day training session for the BEAMA team, designed to improve digital content ideation, consistency, and engagement. This included tailored post-training feedback, with improvement metrics to demonstrate effectiveness.
Zemo Partnership
Moving to Zero: Cardiff
A 40-minute facilitated workshop for fleet operators, local authorities, and innovators. Rather than an open discussion, I structured this session to generate concrete ideas to tackle the decarbonisation of commercial vehicles.

Moving to Zero: North Wales
A follow-up workshop in a similar format to the Cardiff session. This time, we covered the barriers to unlocking infrastructure delivery. The session delivered nine concrete ideas, which I then synthesised into three consortium-ready projects for the Moving to Zero stakeholder group.
